If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange under specific conditions. Please review the guidelines below carefully.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is not genuine or not as described on our website.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

🕒 You have 5 calendar days after your order has been delivered to notify us about your return or exchange request.

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, unsealed, activated, or physically damaged after delivery.
  • The return is requested after the 5-day period.
  • The product does not include original packaging, accessories, or invoice.

Return Requirements

To initiate a return request:

  1. Confirm your product qualifies under the above eligibility criteria.
  2. Keep your purchase invoice and delivery package slip safe.

    • Order ID
    • Detailed reason for return (in writing)
    • Clear photos and/or videos of the item showing the issue
  4. Our support team will review your claim and may request you to fill a Product Return Form (PRF) for record purposes.
  5. Once approved, you will be instructed on how to send the product back.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging, including:
    • Product box
    • Tags, labels, and serial numbers (if applicable)
    • Accessories, manuals, cables, chargers, and any bundled gifts
  • If the item or packaging is damaged during the return process, the customer will bear the cost of the damage.
  • The customer bears the courier cost of sending the item back unless the product was defective or wrongly dispatched.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 to 30 working days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Unsealed or activated electronic products
  • Software, apps, or digital goods
  • Hygiene-related accessories (e.g., earbuds, earphones, Bluetooth headsets)
  • Personal care or wearable gadgets once used
  • Items without original receipt or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing videos or photos clearly showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Warranty Information

Some electronic products come with a manufacturer or HomeGadgets warranty. Warranty coverage varies by brand and item.
If your product is under warranty, please contact our support team for guidance on how to claim repair or replacement.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Processing time: 15–30 working days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as a voucher or store credit, unless a bank refund is specifically requested.

  • HomeGadgets.pk reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • HomeGadgets.pk reserves the right to refuse returns if a customer exhibits unreasonable or fraudulent return behavior.
