If your order has been approved for a refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy, the refund process will begin immediately after validation.
Refund Process
- Once your return or refund request is approved and validated, our team will initiate the refund process.
- You will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS once your refund has been completed.
- Refund processing times vary based on your selected refund method (see below).
Refund Processing Time
After your returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the following timelines:

⚠️ Note: Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank, payment gateway, or public holidays.
Refund Methods
You can choose one of the following refund methods when submitting your return request:
- HomeGadgets.pk Refund Voucher (Store Credit)
- Can be used for future purchases on HomeGadgets.pk.
- Valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
- Delivered instantly via email or SMS after approval.
- Bank Transfer (1-Link / IBFT)
- Refund is transferred directly to your provided bank account.
- Please ensure correct account details are shared to avoid delays.
- Credit/Debit Card or Digital Wallet Refund
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Processing time may depend on your card provider or wallet service.
Important Notes
- Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval according to our Return Policy.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- HomeGadgets.pk reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
- If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), you can choose to receive your refund via Bank Transfer or HomeGadgets.pk Refund Voucher.
- In rare cases of delays beyond the mentioned timeframes, please contact our support team for assistance.
